This leaded bait was born from the idea of the Japanese engineer of Nomura to reduce the heavy jigging efforts and above all to increase the catches of pelagic predators in not very deep seas (like the Mediterranean sea).
This new type of boat fishing is called Slow Pitch which is similar to jigging but much lighter.
With their tapered shape they swim better with a quick shooting action both with slow pitch and high pitch rods and they slide quickly in depth with a very attractive horizontal swimming.
The body is tapered to cut the wall of water and react quickly to rapid recovery by sliding on the side attracting large predators.
The bait can be operated with regular intervals (even in the presence of currents) without great effort.
